Charlie Sheen Torpedo of Truth Tour Bombs
Charlie Sheen may not be winning anymore. The volatile star kicked off his Violent Torpedo of Truth tour Saturday night—and was met with jeers, boos, and walkouts.
“I’m a giant and leaky bag of mayhem,” the former Two and a Half Men star told the crowd during a performance that ranged from bitter (railing against prepared clips of himself on 20/20) to offensive (“I figured Detroit was a good place to tell some crack stories”).
In his two hours on stage, Sheen turned a standing ovation into an emptying house. If his touring act doesn’t go well, that’d be bad news for Sheen: It’s slated to bring him $7 million per month.
