Metro Police are on the scene of a deadly shooting in Southwest Las Vegas. According to police, a man was shot and killed after an argument with his brother around 12:40 p.m. Sunday near Jones Blvd. and Pyle Ave.
Investigators say the brothers were watching television when they started verbally fighting. Things eventually turned physical and one brother went to grab a gun while the other taunted him.
According to police, the brother in custody claimed the gun dropped to the floor and shot the other in the abdomen. The brother who was shot was taken to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Homicide Detectives have been called to the scene to investigate the circumstances surrounding this shooting. As of now the brother has not yet been charged with the shooting death of his brother.
