What about the earlier one where woman employees who find out they have been discriminated against in wages have only a certain time to complain, thus a 'discovery period' probably an insurance stipulation where payment is made based on a statute of limitations basis sorta. And of course back to Afirmative Action disallowed I feel leveling of the playing field is long overdue. When this is achieved the 'color-blind' idea will work! Claudia T
